Ryan LaPrad is a dental industry leader with more than 2 decades of practice transition, real estate, banking and finance experience. For the last 18 years, he has worked with Healthcare clients throughout the Southeast. Ryan has helped over a thousand doctors with their real estate, transition, and financing needs for all aspects of ownership from starting a first practice, buying a practice to relocating or expanding. Throughout his career with DDS Match South and Bank of America, he was personally involved in over 640 new dental, medical, and veterinary offices and over $100 million in dental practice acquisitions.
Ryan’s extensive knowledge of business financials, practice cash flow, practice valuation, new office budgeting, demographic analysis, lease & purchase negotiation and debt management brings the perfect expertise to dental professionals throughout the Southeast. Ryan is a Certified Business Intermediary through International Business Brokers Association and holds his Real Estate License in both Alabama and Tennessee. He holds a degree from The Ohio State University and currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife, two young sons, and baby daughter.
MATT POPPERT, MBA
Matt Poppert, MBA, a dental industry veteran, will represent Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. With 15 years of diverse dental industry experience with Midmark Dental and Karr Realty in the Southeast, He brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships to our business. His customer service focus means the clients needs always come first. He holds a degree from Upper Iowa University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. Matt will be serving dental clients in the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and daughter. Matt enjoys being in the great outdoors hiking, biking and paddle boarding.
Fain Casey represents clients in Alabama and the Florida panhandle. With 16 years of dental industry experience in Alabama as a territory representative for both Henry Schein and Patterson Dental, Fain has gained invaluable expertise as a leader in both sales and consulting on the business side of dentistry. Fain has made lasting relationships across Alabama and the southeast by putting his clients and their patients first. He is exceptionally qualified to guide clients through finding a practice or through a practice transition. Fain holds a degree from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. He resides in Opelika, Alabama with his wife, Roben, and they have 6 children.
Heather Asbury works with ddsmatch south assisting with all client relations and Associate Placements. She brings more than 16 years of dental industry experience and knowledge. Heather contributes her valuable expertise from her background in dental consulting, recruiting, marketing and management software training. With great attention to detail, she meets the specific needs of both the hiring practice and the candidate. Working to ensure and exceed ddsmatch south client satisfaction, Heather is well prepared to market and find an associate match for your practice in Alabama, North Florida, Tennessee and Georgia.
Rebekah Littleton works with DDSMatch South as their specialized Client Relationship Manager. While assisting with the team’s internal and external client developments, she focuses on client deliverables, sponsorship opportunities and events, and marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prior to joining the team, she spent time in commercial real estate and trade association management. Rebekah holds a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University and resides in Roswell, GA.
